Bach Hoa Xanh has started to upgrade the standard stores with revenue of 1.7 – 2.5 billion VND / month and is able to expand the area into a 300m2 big shop. The well-functioning 300m2 stores are transformed into Double Shop models (Bach Hoa Xanh combined with household appliances).

Accordingly, after successfully upgrading 12 standard stores to a large model of 300m2, these stores recorded revenue growth of about 20% compared to the previous business situation.

The Double Shop stores selling household products have a revenue growth of about 30% compared to before the conversion. After successfully testing this model in Tay Ninh province at the end of May, BHX converted 3 more 300m2 stores with high sales in Ho Chi Minh City in June 2019.
