New Fresh Web Programming Resources Near The End Of 2016

PHP7 has just launched with an interesting new feature: speed. In addition, we also witness the emergence of many new and improved PHP libraries in the web programming community. So, besides the usual JavaScript and CSS libraries, this time we added some libraries only available on PHP.
