Netflix will stop supporting on many older devices, starting in December

Netflix has just announced that it will stop supporting some older devices, including Samsung and Vizio smart TVs, as well as first-generation Roku devices. If you’re still using these devices, from December 1, you’ll need to buy a TV box or replace a new device to use Netflix.

Samsung said Netflix’s changes will affect smart TVs in 2010 and 2011. Vizio said TVs over 4 years of age will also be affected.
