In 2018, the Center also recorded 4,181,773 Vietnamese IP addresses located in ghost computer networks (botnet), decreased 296,024 IP addresses compared to 2017 (equivalent to 6%), after the Ministry of Information and Communications coordinated with a number of ministries, branches, localities and enterprises dealing with dissolution at the end of the year. Along with that, in 2018, the system recorded 2,166 Vietnamese personal information collection sites located in different countries around the world. “The National Center for National Cyber ​​Safety Monitoring has coordinated with international organizations to prevent and handle,” the Information Security Department said.
