In 2018, the Center also recorded 4,181,773 Vietnamese IP addresses located in ghost computer networks (botnet), decreased 296,024 IP addresses compared to 2017 (equivalent to 6%), after the Ministry of Information and Communications coordinated with a number of ministries, branches, localities and enterprises dealing with dissolution at the end of the year.
