Microsoft launched the new Edge browser logo, this time completely different from Internet Explorer
- Tram Ho
Microsoft has just launched the new Edge logo, a Chromium-based browser that will completely replace Internet Explorer. Edge first debuted four years ago, and has a logo that is quite similar to Internet Explorer while still using the stylized ‘E’.
Edge’s new logo is like a wave, Fluent Design style similar to the new logos of Office software. We can also see that this new logo is still quite similar to the letter ‘E’, but looks much more stylish and new.
However, some people think that the new Edge logo if rotated 180 degrees is quite similar to the Firefox logo. Or similar to the picture of washing bag Tide POD.
In December last year, Microsoft decided to change EdgeHTML to Chromium, an open source platform used by rivals such as Google Chrome. However, there is no official launch date for this version of Edge Chromium.
