In the video, Microsoft Vice President Steve Dispensa from the Windows Management team, explained why Windows 11 will perform faster than Windows 10 on the same hardware configuration. Now, all these optimizations are combined from the operating system and apps, delivering better speeds and longer battery life,” said Dispensa.

With the same PC hardware , Windows 11 also boots from sleep faster than before. “First, we’ve optimized the calls to the hardware components that need it to work for better overall memory management.
