Launched Redmi Band 2: Fashionable design, SpO2 measurement, 14-day battery, price under 1 million

Xiaomi recently introduced a new smart bracelet model in Vietnam market called Redmi Band 2. This product was previously introduced in China late last year, “fever” with a cheap price but still has a stylish design and many health support features.

Redmi Band 2 uses a traditional band design with a multi-colored silicone band, a pill-shaped body in the middle that can be removed. The product weighs 14.9 grams and is 9.99mm thin.

The screen of the Redmi Band 2 is a 1.47-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 172 x 320, with a display area 10.5% larger than its predecessor. The brightness is just enough, meeting the needs of daily use. The screen border is relatively thin but slightly thicker at the bottom edge, a feature that appears on many low-cost products today. Users can change more than 100 different watch faces easily through the Mi Fitness pairing app.

Redmi Band 2 has a continuous heart rate monitor sensor, which can give warnings to detect abnormal heart rhythms, along with a sensor that measures SpO2 blood oxygen saturation with high accuracy. The watch integrates more than 30 exercise modes, can measure calories consumed, step count, sleep monitoring when needed…

In terms of battery life, Redmi Band 2 can provide 14 days of use with a single charge under normal usage conditions, or 6 days with intense use. The product is 5ATM water resistant.

Redmi Band 2 is on sale in Vietnam market with 2 color options, black and white, with a listed price of VND 990,000. Products are discounted in the first 2 weeks of sale to only 790,000 VND.
