Recently, we have been hearing new rumors about the next generation of Apple iPad Air. Accordingly, in addition to upgrading in performance, the new iPad Air 4 also has a changed design, more like the iPad Pro line when it removes the traditional Home key, while reducing the screen edges.

Although Apple has not confirmed any information, but recently, a few pictures of the iPad Air 4 user manual have been posted, partly confirming the new design of the iPad Air 4.

Specifically, these images were posted by a Weibo user. From the image above we can see that the new iPad Air 4 will have an almost identical design to the 11-inch iPad Pro with a larger screen, equal 4-sided bezels but thicker than the iPad Pro’s bezel, without a Home button. Even though the home button has been removed and used entirely with gestures, the iPad Air 4 still uses the Touch ID sensor, not in the screen but as positive as integrated into the power button in the right corner.

The reduction of the TrueDepth camera cluster and not equipping Face ID for the new iPad Air line is said to help users distinguish the Apple iPad line, because so far, iPad Air has always been a product line in the lower segment. iPad Pro, has nearly equivalent performance but is cut in some factors such as screen, camera, speakers …

On the back, the new iPad Air will also be equipped with a single camera in the left corner. In addition, the bottom of this back also appears the Smart Connector port used to connect to Apple’s new Magic Keyboard keyboard.
