In the past few days, hundreds of Go-Viet drivers pulled to Go-Viet Company’s headquarters in District 3 to protest the new reward policy. Many drivers turn off the app, stop and strike at the same time to protest.

One driver among the strikeers said: In the past, the low hour for each vehicle had 1 accumulated bonus, the peak time was 2 points. Now the score multiplies twice but the bonus is 3 times higher.

“Normally 10 points, we receive 30,000 bonuses, now we only receive 40,000 bonus coins. Before 18 points, we received an additional 60 thousand dong (total 90 thousand dong), now with this new bonus policy, 64 points we will receive an additional 80,000 (total 120 thousand dong) …

With this policy of tightening this bonus, even though we have tried very hard, making 17-18 hours / day is not enough to be rewarded. So, it will be very difficult for us to get bonuses from Go-Viet, ”the driver expressed annoyance.

Another driver also said: “If we increase the level to 80 points, we can run to get bonuses. Previously, the maximum was 28 points, we had 180,000 bonuses, the time of 80 points was only 240 thousand VND. Difficulty increases a lot. While not including deductions, wrong positioning. Thus, there is practically no benefit for the driver ”.

“Go-Viet’s price is cheaper than other competitors but our drivers still accept to run thanks to the bonus to fill the rate, to live. Now raising the reward level, but the difficulty level increases, it is difficult for us to get the reward. If the bonus rate increases, then it is necessary to adjust the rate so that raising the rate so that our brothers cannot get the bonus will compensate for the increase in freight rates, we can live enough, ”another driver expressed his opinion .

In particular, there are some quite attractive policies for the driver, however, with this policy, Go-Viet faces fierce opposition from the driver because it is not reasonable and cannot be guaranteed. benefits for them.

According to Go-Viet, this policy has been applied in Hanoi before and the driver here has no idea. This is the first time Go-Viet driver in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City concentrated on protesting this company’s policy.
