- Tram Ho
In addition to the Mate40 series product line that Huawei introduced at the launch event last night, the manufacturer also launched a new version of last year’s Mate30 series, called Mate30E Pro 5G.

The Huawei Mate30E Pro 5G has an identical design to the Mate30 series launched from last year. The front of the machine includes a curved waterfall screen with a “rabbit ears” design, 6.53 inches in size, using an OLED panel with Full HD + resolution, a traditional 60Hz refresh rate.

The main camera cluster on the back of the Mate30E Pro 5G also has identical parameters to the Mate30 Pro, including a 40MP f / 1.6 wide-angle camera, 40MP f / 1.8 ultra wide-angle camera, 8MP f / 2.4 3x OIS telephoto camera and a metering camera. 3D ToF depth. It also has a 32MP f / 2.0 selfie camera with 3D ToF camera on the front.

In terms of performance, this is the only different factor between the Mate30E Pro 5G and the Mate30 Pro 5G. The device is equipped with the Kirin 990E chip instead of the Kirin 990 as on the predecessor or Kirin 9000E as on the Mate40. Huawei has not released details on this Kirin 990E chip, however it appears that this is a performance cut version of the Kirin 990, just like the Kirin 9000E is a cut of the Kirin 9000. In terms of memory, the Mate30E Pro 5G has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The battery of the device has a capacity of 4500mAh, supports 40W fast charging, 27W wireless charging.

Similar to Huawei devices released recently, the Mate30E Pro 5G also does not come with Google services, instead Huawei services and AppGallery app store.

Currently, the Huawei Mate30E Pro 5G price and release date have not been announced.
