Huawei Mate X2 close-up: worthy rival of the Galaxy Z Fold2

Huawei recently officially introduced its next generation of folding screen smartphones, the Mate X2. This is Huawei’s third folding screen smartphone, the successor to the Mate X and Mate XS, and is also the first Huawei device to use a new folding design similar to the Galaxy Z Fold2.

The Mate X2 uses a dual “mole” design in the secondary screen, which means that the machine only has a selfie camera in the secondary screen, not an extra camera on the main screen. This can be inconvenient in some cases
At the launch event of the Mate X2, Huawei said that this machine will still have a screen crease in the middle and more difficult to recognize due to being folded in the form of ripples, instead of straight concave like the Z Fold2.
If we pay close attention, we can see that the wrinkles on the screen of the Mate X2 are harder to see than on the Galaxy Z Fold2 due to the different screen folding design. This will help prevent the user from being distracted when using the device, especially when displaying white content.

Huawei Mate X2 is priced in the Chinese market at 2785 USD and 2940 USD respectively, equivalent to more than 64 million VND and 67.7 million VND for 256GB and 512GB versions respectively.
