Huawei launches low-cost phone with iPhone-like design

Huawei recently introduced a smartphone in the low-cost segment called Huawei nova Y61. This smartphone has a youthful design with a camera cluster that has a lens layout quite similar to an iPhone, in addition to having quite good hardware to meet the basic needs of users.

Huawei nova Y61 has the back and the frame are finished from plastic, the edge of the device is squarely designed. The product has 3 color options: blue, green and black.

The back of nova Y61 stands out with a main camera cluster consisting of 3 lenses placed in a square module like the camera on iPhone 14 Pro. This camera cluster includes a 50MP wide-angle camera and 2 additional 2MP cameras.

On the front, Huawei equips the Y61 with a 6.52-inch screen using an IPS LCD panel with HD + resolution, a basic 60Hz refresh rate, using a “waterdrop” design with a 5MP selfie camera placed in the middle.

In terms of performance, Huawei nova Y61 is equipped with an 8-core chip of unknown codename, 4GB or 6GB RAM, 64GB storage memory. The battery of the device has a capacity of 5000mAh, supports 22.5W fast charging. The device runs on EMUI 12 interface that does not support Google services and 5G connectivity.

Huawei has not announced the price and official release date of the nova Y61.
