HTC was allowed to use a settlement agreement for this issue when selling smartphones in the United Kingdom. However, according to IPCom, HTC's Desire 12 line has not complied with the agreement. Therefore, HTC decided to stop selling Desire 12. But everything hasn't stopped here.
