According to the company licensed IPCom patent, HTC violated the ruling of the United Kingdom court in 2012. In 2007, IPCom negotiated with Bosch to acquire the above 100A patent.

HTC was allowed to use a settlement agreement for this issue when selling smartphones in the United Kingdom. However, according to IPCom, HTC's Desire 12 line has not complied with the agreement. Therefore, HTC decided to stop selling Desire 12. But everything hasn't stopped here.

"Moreover, HTC has signaled that they are taking the necessary steps to stop selling all their mobile devices in the United Kingdom," IPCom wrote in its press release.
