However, the biggest change in Windows 10 Insider Build 14971 is to turn PowerShell into a default shell in Windows 10. PowerShell is also known as the most powerful command interpreter of Windows operating system. Microsoft is also aiming to provide the best command line experience ever for users.

As Microsoft announced on its blog, PowerShell will now become a key command shell from File Explorer, which replaces Command Promt (cmd.exe) in the WIN + X menu section, located in File's Explorer File menu and In the context menu when you shift – right click in the whitespace section of File Explorer.

Users who do not like this change can ignore it by going to Settings> personalization> taskbar. You can turn off the option "Replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShell in the menu when I right-click the Start button or press Windows key + X"

Currently users still have the choice between Command Prompt and Powershell. However, the future of the Command prompt is still unclear. Moreover, Microsoft is currently celebrating a big party to celebrate PowerShell's 10th birthday, so the fact that PowerShell is being "spoiled" doesn't make users too surprised.
