Honor Watch GS 3 has a round, 1.43-inch watch face, using an AMOLED panel with a standard pixel density of 326 PPI. This screen is a 3D curved screen, which supports the Always on Display feature.

The bezel of the watch is finished from low-carbon grade 316L stainless steel. The body is 10.5mm thick and weighs 44g, measuring 45.9mm. There are 3 color options for the bezel: black, silver and gold, in addition, users can also choose a leather strap or a silicone strap.

Honor Watch GS 3 is equipped with an 8-channel PPG (8-channel PPG) sensor module that allows heart rate measurements with a minimum accuracy of 97%. This sensor supports 24/7 continuous heart rate measurement, sleep quality monitoring with more than 200 health tips.
