Huawei’s sub-brand Honor recently launched its all-new line of MagicBooks. This MagicBook series includes two 14, 15 inch laptops and a 16 inch Pro model. With this upgraded version, Honor equips the machine with the latest AMD Ryzen 4000 chip that significantly improves performance.
Although they are all equipped with the new AMD Ryzen 4000 processor, only the 16-inch MagicBook Pro will be equipped with a powerful H-series chip, the rest will run on the energy-efficient U chip. and optimized for compact ultrabook models.
Honor MagicBook Pro is equipped with Ryzen 5 4600H chip with 6 cores 12 threads, using integrated Radeon graphics card. It has 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. The screen of the machine is 16.1 inch in size, Full HD resolution and has a screen-to-face ratio of 90%, supporting 100% of the sRGB color range. This is also the heaviest laptop in the line with a weight of 1.7kg and 16.9mm thick.
MagicBook 14 and 15
These are two performance-cut versions of the 16-inch MagicBook Pro mentioned above. The machine is equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 4500U chip, keeping the maximum RAM capacity of 16GB and 512GB SSD memory. Memory options will vary by market.
Both MagicBook 14 and 15 versions share the same hardware specifications, differing only in screen size. The device is equipped with 3 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports, a USD Type-C port for charging, an HDMI port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The product supports Bluetooth 5.0 and has a pop-up camera in the keyboard as well as comes with a fingerprint sensor and power key.
The next difference comes from the battery. The MagicBook 14, despite having a smaller screen, has a larger 56Wh battery than the 42Wh battery on the 15-inch version.
Honor MagicBook Pro with Ryzen 5 4600H CPU will be available in the German market on September 7 at a price of 900 EUR, equivalent to about 24.6 million VND, with a discount of 100 EUR In the first sale, with a watch Magic Watch and Honor Router 3.
With the MagicBook 14 and 15 duo, both will have a starting price of 749 EUR, equivalent to about 20.5 million, on shelves on September 21 in Europe.
