Galaxy S20 Ultra: What’s inside Samsung’s latest flagship?

On February 11, Samsung officially introduced its latest trio of flagships, including the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra during the Galaxy Unpacked event held in the US.

Recently, the Korean manufacturer has suddenly posted a video of “reverse-assembling” with the protagonist, Galaxy S20 Ultra, which shows us all the components on the inside of this phone, as well like how to assemble a finished product.

In the video, Samsung assembled Galaxy S20 Ultra components together, mainly emphasizing important parts such as the “super terrible” camera cluster on the back. In addition, we can also see the “huge” battery with a capacity of 5000mAh, 5G mmWave antenna system and some other details.

Speaking of configuration, both the Galaxy S20, S20 + and S20 Ultra have a strong camera upgrade compared to the previous generation, and also comes with the highest price in the S series ever. They have a similar front-facing design as the Galaxy Note 10, with an Infinity-O screen and a selfie camera in the center.

The most noticeable highlight on the back of the S20 series is the rectangular camera cluster. While the S20 is only equipped with 3 cameras – including super wide angle sensor, normal angle and telephoto, S20 + and S20 Ultra have added a fourth camera that supports distance measurement.

Galaxy S20 and S20 + have a 12MP f / 1.8 main sensor, a 64MP f / 2.0 telephoto sensor and a 12MP f / 2.2 super wide-angle sensor. With the S20 Ultra, this phone has a much bigger rear camera system, with specifications of 108MP, 48MP, 12MP respectively and also has the ability to zoom 100x which Samsung calls “Space Zoom”. In addition, all three models support 8K video recording.

The Galaxy S20, S20 + and S20 Ultra trio are equipped with Exynos 990 processor (international market) / Snapdragon 865 (US market), 8GB RAM (with S20, S20 +) and 12GB (with S20 Ultra), 120Hz scanning frequency screen has dimensions of 6.2 / 6.7 / 6.9 inch and battery capacity of 4000/4500 / 5000mAh.

In terms of price, S20 series will officially be sold in Vietnam market from 6/3. The Galaxy S20 costs VND 21.49 million, while the Galaxy S20 + costs VND 23.99 million and the Galaxy S20 Ultra is priced at VND 29.99 million.
