Galaxy S20 FE launched: Exynos 990, 120Hz screen, 3 rear cameras, 4500mAh battery, priced at VND16 million

Today (September 23), Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S20 FE during the Unpacked event held in Korea. The phone borrows some of the specifications of the Galaxy S20, but comes with some customizations for a better price.

Galaxy S20 FE is equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED flat screen, larger than the S20 (6.2 inches) and smaller than the S20 + (6.7 inches). The screen of the device still has a 120Hz refresh rate, supports HDR10 +, but the resolution is reduced to Full HD +, instead of UHD + like the S20 and S20 +.

The 5G version of the Galaxy S20 FE will use the Snapdragon 865 processor, while the 4G version uses the Exynos 990 chip. Both have 6 / 8GB of RAM, 128GB / 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal memory and support for storage expansion. storage capacity using a microSD card.

Moving to the back, Galaxy S20 FE carries on a vertically arranged 3-camera system and placed in a rectangular module, quite similar to the S20.

The rear camera cluster still includes a 12MP main sensor with f / 1.8 aperture and a 12MP wide-angle camera with a 123-degree viewing angle. However, the 64MP telephoto camera on the S20 has been replaced by a new 8MP telephoto camera, capable of 3x optical zoom and 30x Space Zoom.

In addition, the S20 FE is also equipped with a 32MP front-facing camera for taking selfies and video calling, with pixel binning support, instead of just having a 10MP selfie camera like the standard S20.

Galaxy S20 FE comes with a 4500mAh capacity battery (equal to S20 +), supports 25W fast charging (USB Power Delivery 3.0) via USB-C port, although only comes with a 15W charger inside the case. Besides, it also supports wireless charging and wireless reverse charging.

The phone is integrated in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual AKG speakers, dual SIM support, 5G mmWave and sub-6 network connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device is water resistant according to IP68 standard, pre-installed with Android 10 operating system with One UI 2.5 interface when sold.

As expected, Samsung will officially sell Galaxy S20 FE 4G LTE version in Vietnam from October 9 to. The phone has a retail price of 16 million, comes with 6 color options: Red Spotlight, Creative Orange, Elegant Purple, Thanh Mat Blue, Delicate White.
