Galaxy M51 debut: Snapdragon 730, ultra-large 7000mAh battery, 64MP camera

Today, Samsung officially launched the Galaxy M51, the new Samsung smartphone in the mid-range segment. The highlight of this smartphone comes from the hardware specifications when equipped with Snapdragon 730 chip, Super AMOLED screen, 64MP camera and a huge 7000mAh capacity battery.

The design of the Galaxy M51 looks quite similar to the Galaxy A-series, namely the Galaxy A51. The whole machine is finished from plastic material. The front is a 6.67-inch Infinity-O Infinity-O screen, using a high-end Super AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution. The “mole” area is where the 32MP selfie camera is located.

On the back, Galaxy M51 is equipped with a cluster of 4 main cameras, including a 64MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP super wide-angle camera, a 5MP depth camera and a 5MP macro camera. This camera cluster has an L-shaped design housed in a rectangular module similar to the Galaxy A51 / A71.

In terms of performance, the device is equipped with a Snapdragon 730 chip (or 730G, not yet confirmed by Samsung), 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM. The included battery has a capacity of 7000mAh, with support for 25W fast charging. The device runs on Android 10 but with the old One UI 2.0 interface instead of the latest 2.5.

Galaxy M51 currently allows pre-order in the German market with a price of 360 EUR, equivalent to 10 million VND. It is not clear whether Samsung will bring this smartphone to the Vietnamese market or not.
