After the Galaxy A53, recently, information and leaked images of the Galaxy A73 continue to appear on websites. This time, well-known leaker in the technology world, OnLeaks, has shared the first glimpses of Samsung’s Galaxy A73 series that is about to launch early next year.

Specifically, according to OnLeaks, the design of the Galaxy A73 will remain the same compared to its predecessor. The device will be equipped with a 6.7-inch Full HD + Super AMOLED screen on the front, with an “Infinity-O” selfie camera and a high refresh rate (90Hz or 120Hz). The device is 7.6mm and 9.3mm thin if the “convex” camera cluster is included.

The main upgrade of the Galaxy A73 series is said to come from the camera when next year, the Galaxy A73 will be the first A series device equipped with a main camera with a resolution of up to 108MP. Samsung will also continue to equip the OIS optical image stabilization system on next year’s Galaxy A series.

In terms of performance, Galaxy A73 will be equipped with Snapdragon 750G processor, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage memory (will have many memory options). The device runs on Android 12 with One UI interface. Galaxy A73 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery, upgrading fast charging to 33W. In addition, the new Galaxy A will also meet the IP67 waterproof certification standard.

From the rendered images and video, we can see that the Galaxy A73 will also not be equipped with the same 3.5mm headphone jack as the Galaxy A53. It seems that Samsung is trying to “kill” this jack completely on mid-range smartphone generations. Previously, the Galaxy M52 was the first M series smartphone to remove this port.
