Samsung Vina Electronics Company has recently officially opened 24/7 Customer Care Call Center in Vietnam with an area of over 1,000 m2 and 300 switchboards. As its name implies, this switchboard will operate 24/7, all day and night, supporting all questions or problems in the process of using its products.
Located in Tan Binh District (Ho Chi Minh City), Samsung said 24/7 customer care switchboard was opened to meet customers’ aspirations and needs, when Vietnamese people owned more and more Samsung products. , dragging the number of support requests also increased significantly. Samsung expects the new switchboard will bring the most dedicated, attentive and fast customer care services.
Beside the switchboard room, Samsung’s customer care center is also arranged lab rooms, dining rooms, entertainment rooms, meeting rooms and training rooms to create the best working conditions. In addition to training, each operator is designed by Samsung to offer separate and intensive training programs for each different product line.
