Currently, Sarah Silverman’s Twitter account has been unlocked and reverted to her real name, while Kathy Griffin’s account is still locked and shows no sign of returning.

Regarding this incident, recently Elon Musk has officially spoken out and confirmed that he will deal strongly with cases of impersonation on Twitter. “Any Twitter account that impersonates another person without explicitly mentioning it will be permanently locked,” the Twitter CEO wrote.
