BKAV opens a website for users to report Bphone errors

BKAV recently officially launched a website called Breport with the purpose of allowing users to report errors in the process of using Bphone.

“With the desire to receive more and more suggestions and error reports, at the same time, customers can monitor the process of handling comments and error reports. Bkav has analyzed and completed the website: Breport.vn – Receive Bphone Bug Reports and Suggestions. Please visit https://breport.vn to contribute ideas for Bkav,” said a BKAV administrator and employee on the Bphone Fans Club group on Facebook.

Before Breport was born, BKAV had only one discussion channel for customers, a group meeting on Facebook. However, some users have reflected on being blocked by the admin of this group after making some conflicting comments about Bphone. For error reporting posts from users, the Bphone group admin also blocks comments and does not allow other members to discuss for “direct support via message”.

At the moment, BKAV does not sell any smartphone models. The previous flagship Bphone model, Bphone B86, has been “out of stock” since mid-June 2021. Meanwhile, the next generation of Bphone has yet to show signs of being released.

Earlier in September 2020, during a livestream, CEO Nguyen Tu Quang once confirmed that he would launch a high-end Bphone model with the first Snapdragon 8 chip, accompanied by a cheap Bphone model. However, both of these products have not appeared yet.

With the country struggling against the epidemic and Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang is the Chief Architect of the Technology Center for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, perhaps launching smartphones is not the focus of BKAV right now. Previously, Mr. Quang said that BKAV was researching many different projects related to COVID-19 such as manufacturing ventilators, researching vaccines or testing with saline.
