Dell XPS 13

CNET calls the Dell XPS 13 one of the best all-around 13-inch laptops. One of the selling points of the XPS 13 is its nearly non-existent screen bezel, which makes the 13″ screen feel larger, and also makes the overall machine smaller since there isn’t extra vertical to attribute to the space surrounding the monitor.
