ASUS recently introduced a new smartphone called Zenfone 9. It’s a compact machine with powerful performance and improved battery life.
The design of Zenfone 9 has been revealed before. Specifically, the device has a finished glass back, metal frame. The main camera cluster on the back includes 2 independent lenses, including a 50MP wide-angle camera and a 12MP ultra-wide angle camera, without a telephoto camera or depth/macro measurement. Zenfone 9 has 4 color options: black, silver, blue and red.
On the front, ASUS equips Zenfone 9 with a 5.9-inch Super AMOLED screen, which is smaller than both the Galaxy S22 and Xiaomi 12/12S, with FHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, 1100 nits brightness. This screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, has a “mole” design with a 12MP selfie camera located in the left corner, but does not integrate an optical fingerprint sensor, instead a fingerprint sensor. The side has a built-in power button.
Although Zenfone 9 has a compact design, its performance is extremely powerful when equipped with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, 8GB or 16GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB memory. The battery has a higher capacity of 4300mAh than its predecessor, but supports only 30W charging. Zenfone 9 runs on Android 12 when sold with ZenUI interface. This machine is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance.
The selling price of Zenfone 9 in the European market is 800 EUR for the standard 8GB/128GB version, equivalent to 19 million VND.
