Ask ChatGPT to describe the self-portrait and then use an AI to draw pictures to illustrate, the results are full of surprises

Tram Ho

ChatGPT has dominated the social networks as well as the press for the past several weeks. But a few months before this chatbot launched, the internet was obsessed with another OpenAI project. Those are Dall-E and Dall-E 2, deep learning models developed by OpenAI that can generate digital images based on text descriptions from users. You’ve probably seen hundreds of images created by AI Dall-E in recent months, but one user recently decided to combine OpenAI’s models for a unique experiment.

Specifically, sharing on the social network Reddit, a user said he asked ChatGPT to describe its human form. The person then provides those responses to Dall-E. Here are the results of the experiment:

An initial description that ChatGPT provided to users of its own visualization reads: “I have a sleek, metallic exterior with glowing accents to represent the circuitry and data processing elements. data in my virtual entity. My eyes are screens that change colors or display data, I have augmented reality elements that allow me to project a holographic user interface in front of me. I have other unique features, such as the ability to manipulate digital objects and information with gestures.”

The image above is of course not really ChatGPT but a combination of various simulations of different humanoid robots. But the experiment also opens the door to allowing these AI systems to start interacting with each other in the coming years. The results aren’t always pretty, but these chatbots and AI tools themselves are always learning and evolving. We can repeat these steps over the next year and see how the results change.

In the meantime, ChatGPT should probably be prepared to deal with some stiff competition, like Google’s Bard project. The company launched an “experimental conversational AI service” this week and will officially launch it to the public in the next few weeks.
