On August 1, 2019, the General Department of Market Management sent a document to the Standing Office of National Steering Committee 389 to report the inspection and verification results to Asanzo. According to this report, the General Department of Market Management did not have any conclusions showing that Asanzo had made a mistake in recording the origin of goods, after checking the labeling of enterprises’ goods.

Asanzo said, not only did the market management agency not conclude that Asanzo was wrong in recording the origin of goods, but the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) – the organization assigned the function of issuing the certificate of origin of goods. goods (C / 0) – has also established a Working Group to verify the problem of recording the origin of goods of Asanzo. After studying the legal provisions on the origin of goods, compared with the actual production of enterprises, the Working Group of VCCI concluded that, for “Asanzo electronic products assembled in Vietnam. Male components purchased domestically or imported from foreign countries, inscribed on the labels of goods “made in Vietnam”, or “manufactured in Vietnam”, “Vietnamese producing countries”, “originating from Vietnam” Nam ”or“ made by Vietnam ”is a legal means”.

On September 4, 2019, Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of VCCI, made a report to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, which stated: “Based on the information learned, VCCI found that Asanzo electronic products are assembled in Vietnam from components purchased domestically or imported from foreign countries, inscribed on goods labels being manufactured in Vietnam, manufactured in Vietnam, or originated from Vietnam … is in compliance with the current laws of Vietnam. ”

The Customs Department did not detect Asanzo as having any import-export violations

Asanzo said, under the direction of the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Customs has instructed the Post-clearance Inspection Department to conduct the inspection against Asanzo. By this time, the Post-Clearance Inspection Department was the only customs inspection team to carry out the inspection in Asanzo.

After checking the import and export documents of goods, collating documents, receiving explanations of enterprises, on August 15, the Post-Clearance Inspection Department concluded with Asanzo. According to the conclusion of post clearance clearance inspection at the office of the declarant No. 774 / KL-KTSTQ, the Department of Post-Clearance Inspection concluded: “Based on the records of public documents, data and information. The company provides, at the time of checking, no violations of the customs declaration have been detected for goods at 1 export customs declaration, 26 import customs declarations ”.

On September 5, 2019, the General Department of Customs sent a dispatch to Asanzo. This Official Letter stated, “The Post-clearance Inspection Department (the General Department of Customs) conducted the inspection and had the minutes of post-clearance inspection at the office of the declarant No. 774 / KL-KTSTQ (C3) days. August 15, 2019 to the company ”.

Thus, the conclusion of the Post-Clearance Inspection Department is the customs inspection conclusion for Asanzo and this conclusion shows that Asanzo does not make mistakes on import and export.

Asanzo claims not to deceive consumers

Asanzo’s representative also affirmed that using the slogan “The pinnacle of Japanese technology”, Asanzo asked permission from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City and was accepted.

In fact, Asanzo cooperates with Sharp Roxy – a Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Sharp Corporation (Japan).
