Apple is investigating and evaluating users’ interest in the accessories that come with 12 iPhones. Apple wants to know that iPhone 12 users have the lightning to USB-C charging cable that comes in the box. or not.
Earlier in early 2020, Apple also conducted a similar survey on the charger that comes in the box of the iPhone. And then as we all know, Apple removed the charger and the EarPods from the box of the iPhone 12.
As reported by 9to5Mac, iPhone 12 users are currently receiving survey questions from Apple, about whether or not they actually use the accessories that come in the box. Includes charging cable, SIM removal tool and Apple stickers.
That means Apple may be considering ditching both the charging cable and other accessories from the iPhone box. However, if this is the case, users will certainly strongly object. Because the old charger can also use the old charger, but the iPhone charging cable is something that quickly breaks down, breaks or breaks, and it is difficult to reuse the old charging cables.
Apple also asked iPhone 12 users about the Face ID experience. Most likely in the future Apple will use Touch ID sensor technology under the screen, and can replace Face ID.
