Apple confirms iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro have hardware errors
- Tram Ho
Recently, Apple has officially confirmed that a number of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may have hardware problems, and recommends users to go to Apple Stores or authorized service centers to be fixed.
Specifically, a component of the speakerphone on iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro may be damaged during use, making it difficult for users to receive calls or use speaker-related tasks. The faulty iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices were manufactured from October 2020 to April 2021.
Note, this issue only affects iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. The other two models, iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max, are not affected.

If users encounter the above problem, they will be repaired free of charge at Apple Stores or authorized Apple service centers. This program will be valid for 2 years from the time the user buys the device.
In addition, to be eligible for the program, an iPhone must also meet a number of other conditions. If that iPhone has other hardware problems (such as a broken screen), it will have to be fixed first. In addition, Apple will also limit this program and only allow repair centers if the iPhone was purchased in that country. This means that portable iPhones will not be eligible for repair in Vietnam.
