New bonus program of be

According to reporters, the new bonus policy of be officially effective from today (August 17) for beBike drivers in Hanoi. Accordingly, the bonus point of be increased from 100 to 125 points and the bonus amount also increased from 280,000 VND to 310,000 VND.

The highest point of 300 points will be awarded 1,230,000 VND compared to the old level of 250 points, the bonus will be 1,080,000 VND. All these points are calculated on a weekly basis (from Monday to Sunday).

According to the calculation of be, for each completed ride, the driver is awarded 1 point. For every ride arising during rush hour or longer than 8km, the driver will get one point. Anh Duc, a beBike driver, said that 25 points is equivalent to more than 20 hoes. The new milestone of be will make it difficult for drivers as many people now have to run more than 10 hours a day to get the (old) bonus points.

To achieve the bonus of 125 points / week, drivers have to drive about 17 trips per day if they do not run during peak hours. To achieve the highest bonus milestone (300 points), the driver must drive more than 40 trips / day respectively (excluding peak trips). Thus, according to calculations, every day drivers have to run about 25-30 trips per day to be able to reach the highest weekly bonus milestone. “This is something no driver can achieve. Therefore, if the company’s policies are like today, it will not ensure life, especially in the current epidemic situation, ”said the German driver.

As for the discount rate, up to the present time be still maintains the same discount rate with the beBike service. Disclosure from the drivers shows that the discount is about 25%. However, the driver of his two-wheeled vehicle will be subject to an additional 10% VAT and personal income tax. It is known that this part is currently collecting the driver. Therefore, the remaining fee of begged driver will be lower than the common ground of other applications.

According to observations, beggars are now increasingly concentrated near beep application headquarters in Hanoi. Drivers passed out many slogans and started moving through some streets to protest.

ICTNews is communicating with the be application side and will continue to update the case information.
