Over the years, many companies have launched AI tools to enhance the user experience. The “flashy” announcements from the tech giants about AI cause controversy and even worry that it grows to “out of control”.

Here are 8 signs that the field of artificial intelligence is getting out of control – according to technology site Gizmodo.

According to a recent NBC report, ChatGPT passed the core coding test the same way new programmers usually do.

This AI tool has successfully applied for a Level 3 position with an average annual salary of about 183,000 USD. This has caused many concerns for those working in the programming industry.

A judge in Colombia recently decided to use ChatGPT to make judicial decisions regarding the health insurance of children with autism. Judge Juan Manuel Padilla Garcia seems to think that chatbots should be used to save time during the proceedings.

“What we’re really looking for is optimizing the time it takes to draft judgments after corroborating the AI-powered information,” Garcia wrote in her decision.

Many new programs and services are now touting that AI can be used to write scripts and automate the filmmaking process. For instance, AI startup Deepmind recently announced the launch of a tool called Dramatron.

The tool is said to help screenwriters in “hierarchical story creation to create text consistency. Starting from a single line of diary, Dramatron creates character descriptions, plot points, and plot points. stories, descriptions of locations, and interactive dialogue…”

Will AI replace journalists in the future? This controversy erupted last month when it was revealed that technology site CNET had been quietly publishing a series of articles using an in-house AI program. The articles not only contain inaccurate information, but some also show signs of plagiarism.

Not long ago, the Digital Age also mentioned a number of reasons why ChatGPT in particular or AI tools in general will not be able to replace journalists at present.

Artificial intelligence is now likened to the exciting stock market of Wall Street. The Morning Brief writes that the “stock market hype machine” now comes from anything with the word “AI” in its name.

This means that any company with a product labeled artificial intelligence has the opportunity to thrive on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

According to a Wired report, Russia is currently integrating AI into a huge network of security cameras to create cities with “nowhere to hide” in order to reduce crime rates.

It is estimated that there are around 21 million surveillance cameras throughout Russia and ranks among the top countries in the world in terms of the number of connected surveillance cameras.

A series of technology companies recently joined the race to develop AI after ChatGPT’s reached 100 million users not long after its launch at the end of November last year.

Microsoft recently announced the integration of ChatGPT into Bing, after which Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella announced: “The race starts today”.

Tech giant OG also said it wants to use chatbots to “empower people to unlock the joy of discovery,” whatever that means.

Not to be outdone, Google has announced that it will be rolling out its own AI search integration, dubbed “Bard”.

Meanwhile in China, tech giants Alibaba and Baidu also recently announced that they will develop their own AI.
