POCO C55 launched: Helio G85 chip, 5000mAh battery, 50MP camera, priced at VND 2.7 million

Xiaomi recently introduced a new low-cost smartphone called POCO C55. This machine is on shelves in the Indian market with a starting price of 9499 INR, equivalent to about 2.7 million.

As tradition, POCO C55 is the renamed version of the Redmi 12C with similar appearance and hardware. The machine is finished from plastic in the frame, but the back is finished from environmentally friendly imitation leather. The product has 3 color options: blue, black and green.

POCO C55 is equipped with a 6.71-inch screen, using an IPS LCD panel with HD + resolution, a basic 60Hz refresh rate and protected by Panda Glass. This screen has a “mole” design with a 5MP selfie camera, relatively thin screen borders.

Xiaomi integrates a dual camera system on the back for POCO C55, including a 50MP wide-angle camera and a depth camera. This camera cluster meets the basic needs of use.

In terms of performance, the POCO C55 comes with a Helio G85 processor from MediaTek, a chip with average performance that does not support 5G. The device has 2 memory options 4GB 4GB RAM, 128GB 6GB RAM, a battery with a capacity of 5000mAh, supports 10W charging via the outdated micro-USB port.

There is currently no information whether POCO C55 will be sold genuine in Vietnam market or not.
